Terms of Service

Last updated: February 27, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, applying for beta access, redeeming a code, or using FailFixer ("Software"), you agree to these Terms.

Important: This page includes draft legal language for pre-launch operations and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before production use.

2. License Grant

When a license is issued, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use FailFixer under the plan/version purchased or granted. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, licenses are for your own use and are not transferable.

3. Beta Program Terms

If you are accepted into beta, additional restrictions apply. You agree not to:

  • resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly mirror beta binaries, links, or license codes
  • share private beta materials outside approved testing participants
  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, patch, crack, or bypass licensing/technical protections
  • use automated account/code abuse methods, fake identities, or bot-driven submissions

Beta access may be suspended or revoked at any time for abuse, policy violations, or operational reasons.

4. Purchases, Codes, and Redemption

FailFixer uses Lemon Squeezy (or equivalent processor) for checkout, order records, and license handling. Promotional/beta codes may be limited by date, quantity, and campaign rules. A completed checkout may still be required for redemption workflows, even when discounted to $0.

5. Permitted and Prohibited Use

You may use FailFixer for lawful personal/business 3D printing workflows. You may not misuse the software or service infrastructure, including fraud, scraping protected endpoints, attempting unauthorized access, or infringing intellectual property rights.

6. Safety and Risk Acknowledgement

3D printing involves heat, motion, and electrical risk. You are solely responsible for validating generated G-code and safe machine operation before printing. FailFixer is provided "AS IS" without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FailFixer creators/operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. This includes printer damage, failed prints, downtime, lost profits, or data loss. Aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant license, if any.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access/licenses for violations of these Terms, abuse, fraud risk, or legal/security necessity. Upon termination, you must stop use of revoked builds/licenses.

9. Policy Updates

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the operator's primary jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law.
